This policy explains what information 35VPN processes when providing subscription services, account management, order processing, client delivery, and website access, as well as how that information is used, retained, and deleted. Please read and understand the following before using the service.
Data Collection and Use
No email address is required to create an account. Users can create an account with a username and password, so an email address is not mandatory and 35VPN does not require one solely for account creation. The system processes usernames, password verification data, account status, and necessary security records to authenticate users, maintain sessions, identify unusual logins, and restore account functions. Password verification data is used to confirm identity and is not displayed in directly readable plain text.
When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system stores order records, including the selected item, amount due and paid, payment channel, order status, creation time, and transaction identifiers. This data is used to confirm payment, deliver subscriptions, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve order disputes. Traffic usage, package validity, and reset dates are also processed to enforce the quota and billing-cycle rules of purchased items.
The website may record analytics such as pages visited on the site, referring pages, browser category, device category, approximate network information from the IP address, and error status. Analytics help verify page operation, improve content structure, investigate abuse, and maintain site security. They are not used to build a browsing profile across international websites.
No-Logs Scope and Connection Records
35VPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain destinations, webpage content, queries, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The subscription service must process technical information required to establish a connection, but that information is not used to analyze personal browsing content or create long-term, traceable access records.
To keep the service running, the system may briefly process whether a connection succeeded, client error categories, route failure status, and traffic metering results. This information is used only to complete connections, calculate traffic usage, identify faults, or prevent service abuse. Temporary diagnostic information related to support investigations is deleted or de-identified after the issue is resolved and is not retained as long-term connection logs. Account orders, subscription status, and traffic metering records are not browsing-content logs and remain subject to retention needs for fulfillment and accounting.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, security verification results, and necessary analytics identifiers. This data helps maintain account access, restore page settings, prevent duplicate submissions, and identify basic site failures. If necessary storage is disabled, login, order confirmation, or subscription delivery may not function properly.
Users can view or clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, existing login sessions and interface preferences may expire, requiring users to log in again or select their settings again. Analytics data is used in aggregated or de-identified form whenever possible and is not combined with specific destinations accessed through a route.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
The service supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service or network, and payment credentials and authorization information are submitted according to the applicable channel's rules. 35VPN receives the payment result, transaction identifiers, and order status needed to complete an order, but does not directly control the privacy policies or data-retention practices of third-party payment services.
When a user requests an order review or refund, necessary order records may be shared between 35VPN and the relevant payment channel to confirm transaction status and complete processing. Third-party services receive related information only as needed for payment processing, risk control, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Users should also read the privacy information provided by their chosen payment channel.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment results are retained for the period needed to complete delivery, reconcile accounts, process refunds, and resolve disputes. Analytics and diagnostic data is stored only as needed to maintain security, analyze site pages, and investigate faults, then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified once its purpose is fulfilled. Data temporarily retained for backups, security audits, or applicable rules is access-restricted and cleared after the relevant purpose ends.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Account control may need to be verified before processing to prevent unauthorized deletion. After an account is deleted, subscription and order functions that depend on it can no longer be used. Data still needed for accounting, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable obligations is separated from routine business data and deleted when those purposes end.
When this privacy policy changes, this page will be updated along with the “Last updated” date. Significant changes to data categories, processing purposes, sharing scope, or user rights will be explained in a visible notice on the site. The revised policy applies from the date shown on this page; users should review the changes before continuing to use the service.
