Preflight check
Before you begin, confirm that the device is connected to the internet and decide which platform you will mainly use. 35VPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; this guide focuses on the basic import process for the first four. Linux command-line setup, rule writing, and advanced proxy methods involve more system-specific differences. Continue with the user guide for more information.
The entire process takes place through the user panel. Your account stores order status, your plan determines available data, and the subscription link delivers route configuration to the client. A subscription link is not a regular web address and should not be shared. The https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN shown later is only a format example and cannot be used to connect; the real link appears only in your signed-in Account Overview.
If the device has used other network configurations before, note the existing rule mode and local proxy settings first. After installing the 35VPN client, do not run multiple similar clients at the same time; the system may switch repeatedly between network configurations, causing pages to fail to load or the connection status to differ from the actual exit route. Once ready, create your account first.
Create an account
Open the account setup page, then choose a username and password. 35VPN does not require an email address, so the username is the main credential used to identify your account at sign-in. Choose a name that is easy for you to recognize but not identical to a public nickname you use elsewhere, and set a unique password for this service.
Submit the account setup form when complete. If the page says the username is already taken, choose another and submit again. If it reports that the passwords do not match, return to the password fields and enter them again. After setup succeeds, you will enter the user panel. Confirm that the username shown at the top or in the account area is the one you just created before choosing a plan, especially if another account may still be signed in in the browser.
Keep your username and password safe. Because account setup does not require an email address, standard email recovery is unavailable if you forget your credentials. If you use a password manager, save them when creating the account. Once the account is confirmed, there is no need to create another account elsewhere; continue to the Plans section from the same user panel.
Choose a plan and place an order
Open the Plans page and choose a monthly subscription based on your expected monthly usage. The Basic plan is ¥9.9/month with 60GB; the Standard plan is ¥18/month with 250GB; the High-Usage plan is ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date, not on a fixed calendar-month schedule. All plans support unlimited devices online at the same time, but connected devices share the account’s data allowance.
If you are unsure about your data needs, there is no need to start with the highest tier. Everyday browsing, messaging, and light office work generally use less data than continuous HD video or large downloads. Choose based on your main use, then monitor actual usage in your account. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. After confirming the tier, click the Start Using button on its plan card. Check the order period, data allowance, and amount, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and do not create the same order repeatedly. The plan appears in Account Overview only after the page shows that the order is active. If payment is complete but the panel has not updated yet, reopen the overview and check the order status.
35VPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. This policy gives you time to make a basic assessment of the service, while configuration issues can often be resolved by re-importing the subscription, switching routes, or checking system network permissions. Once the order is active, do not look for a public download URL; return to Account Overview to get your dedicated subscription.
Get the subscription link from the user panel
Open Account Overview and check the current plan in the subscription or connection information section. Once the order is active, this area shows data usage, active status, and subscription actions. Click Copy Subscription Link; your browser will usually show a confirmation. There is no need to select the full string manually, and you should not paste the link into a search engine or open it as a regular web address.
The subscription link contains access credentials for your account and should be treated like a password. It lets the client read route names, connection parameters, and future updates; it is not an installer download URL. The format may look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN, where both the domain and token are fictional. In practice, copy only the complete content provided by the panel. Do not remove characters after the question mark or rewrite the link yourself.
If Account Overview does not show a subscription option, first check that the plan is active, then confirm that the signed-in username is correct. If it is still inactive, use the support ticket area in the user panel to describe the order status rather than creating another account. After obtaining the link, stay signed in, open the download area for the matching 35VPN client, and complete the import in the client.
Import on each platform
First choose the 35VPN client for your current operating system in the download area of the user panel. The download section provides available delivery options based on your account and plan status; the marketing pages do not host direct installer links. After installation, return to this section to find the subscription import option for your platform. The menus differ across the four platforms, but the workflow is the same: copy the link, add the subscription, update routes, and choose a route.
Windows
On Windows, use the 35VPN desktop client provided in the user panel. After installing and launching it, allow any network access request from the system. Open subscription management or the configuration page, choose Add from Link, paste the complete subscription link copied from Account Overview, and give the subscription an easy-to-recognize name.
Save it and run Update Subscription. When the route list appears, the client has read the configuration. Return to the home screen, choose a route, and turn on the connection switch. If the list is empty, do not create several identical subscriptions. Return to subscription management, check that the link was copied in full, and update the existing entry.
macOS
On macOS, use the 35VPN desktop client from the user panel. The first launch may ask you to confirm the app source and allow a network configuration to be added. After confirming in the system dialog, open subscription management from the client menu, choose Import via Link, paste the subscription address from Account Overview, and save it.
After the subscription update finishes, choose a route from the client’s main screen and start the connection. If the system again asks to add a configuration, confirm that the newly installed 35VPN client is open before granting permission. A client status in the menu bar does not by itself prove that the connection is working; use the method below to check the exit information.
Android
On Android, use the 35VPN mobile client provided in the user panel. After installation, open the app, go to subscriptions or configuration, tap Add, and choose Import from Link. Paste and save the subscription link, then pull to refresh or tap Update so the app can retrieve the latest route list.
When starting the connection for the first time, Android displays a permission dialog for establishing a network connection. Confirm it, return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection. Some systems restrict background apps in battery-saving mode. If the connection often stops after the screen locks, allow the client to run normally in the background under the system’s app battery settings. iOS
For iOS, follow the current instructions in the download area of the user panel. After installing the available client, find Add Subscription or Import from URL in the app, paste the complete subscription link copied from Account Overview, and confirm. Once the app finishes reading it, available routes will appear; there is no need to enter server parameters one by one.
On the first connection, iOS asks permission to add a network configuration. After granting permission, return to the client, select a route, and turn on the connection. If no routes appear after import, update the subscription list first. If it remains empty, delete the unsuccessful entry, copy the link again from Account Overview, and import it again instead of using an old link that may have been truncated in a chat.
Connect and verify it works
After importing the subscription, choose a route in the client that is geographically closer to your current network environment, then connect. A selected route and a successful system status only show that the client has established its configuration. To confirm that the actual access path has changed, perform an exit check.
Keep the client connected and open the Network Check page on this site. Note the displayed exit region and network information. Then disconnect the client, refresh the page, and compare the results before and after connection. If the exit information changes and the target website opens normally, the connection is working. Reconnect the client when testing is complete.
If the client says it is connected but websites still use the previous exit, close other similar clients and reconnect the current route. Then fully quit and reopen the browser so it does not reuse the old connection. If no websites load, try another route first, then check whether a manual proxy or another network configuration is enabled at the same time. Change one item at a time and test immediately after each change so you can identify what made a difference.
When accessing Streaming or AI Tools, the target service may show different results based on account region, cached data, or content licensing. A change on one page therefore cannot replace an exit check. Everyday use and subscription updates
For everyday use, you generally only need to open the client, update the subscription, choose a route, and connect. Subscription contents may change as routes are adjusted. If a route is missing or an older route stops working, update the subscription first instead of deleting the client. Updating rereads the configuration; it does not change your plan or reset your data.
Multiple devices can import the same account subscription. 35VPN does not limit the number of devices online at once, but all devices share the data included in the plan. If you have several household devices, check the remaining data in Account Overview regularly. Video playback, large file transfers, and background system sync can significantly increase usage. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packs remain available until used and never expire; choose between them according to your usage pattern.
Do not show the complete subscription link in public screenshots, forum posts, or shared documents. To configure another device of your own, sign in to the user panel and copy the link again instead of forwarding it through chat history. If you suspect the link has been exposed, contact support from the user panel and describe the situation, then update each device according to the panel’s instructions.
The basic workflow is now complete: the account handles sign-in, the plan provides data, the subscription delivers routes to the client, and Network Check confirms the result.
